The short version

https://countersungame.com is a static website run by Cozy Nook Games. It has no accounts, no analytics and no advertising. The only personal data it ever handles is the email address you choose to give us through the newsletter form.

The newsletter

When you submit the signup form, your email address is sent to Brevo, the email service we use to send launch news and occasional devlog updates. Brevo stores it on our behalf and records when you subscribed. We use it for nothing else: no selling, no sharing, no cross-referencing with other services.

Every email we send contains an unsubscribe link. Using it removes you from the list. You can also email us (address below) and we will remove you by hand.

Brevo's own privacy policy describes how they process data as our provider: brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy.
